Chad L. Rigtrup, O.D.

Dr. Rigtrup grew up in Midland Texas, but after attending BYU, decided to come back to the area. He and his wife love the outdoors and spending time with extended family in the area. They have four children, and currently reside in Springville. Dr. Rigtrup's parents were both born and raised in Springville.

> Bachelor of Science in Zoology (Human Biology Emphasis), from Brigham Young University in 2001.

> Doctorate: Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee 2005.

> Completed an Internship specializing in Lasik, Cataract Surgery, and the treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.

> Held the Mauldin Family Memorial Scholarship while attending Southern College of Optometry.

> Current Member of The American and Utah Optometric Association.

> Serves as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, by proctoring practical examinations for fourth year Optometry students.

Dr. Frank A. Siddoway

Dr. Siddoway graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry and has been in private practice since 1985. He resides in Mapleton with his wife, five daughters and one son. Dr. Siddoway enjoys all aspects of family eye care including pediatrics, vision therapy, contact lenses, and geriatrics. He is a member of the Utah Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
